The year of Spirituality -- the second year at the seminary -- is a year of forming the virtues that a seminarian has to acquire. The seminarian gets accustomed to the things of God and to the spiritual life of the soul, which prepares him for the priesthood.
At the end of the year of Spirituality, the seminarian follows a 10-day retreat. Whereas a 5-day Ignatian retreat focuses on a conversion back to God, this 10-day retreat focuses on the advancement in the spiritual life.
Please keep our seminarians in your prayers.
