Brother novices, taking of the habit
The Brother's Novitiate is happy to announce that the following men have been accepted into the novitiate year of the Brotherhood in a Solemn Mass celebrated on Monday, September 28th, the Feast of St. Wenceslaus.
Acceptance into the novitiate year entails the reception of the habit and a religious name in a public ceremony. The religious name assigned is made known to the candidate at the ceremony and not prior. The men are as follows and their names in religion appear to the right of their name:
Mr. John Alladin | Br. Simon |
Mr. Peter Gorman | Br. Cristopher |
Mr. Jackson Deans | Br. George |
Mr. Patrick Keenan | Br. Paul-Mary |
Depending on the discernment of these individual candidates, the above men will take the vows of religion - poverty, chastity, and obedience - the following year.
Please pray for the perseverance of these men. The work of the priests and the Church would be more difficult without them.
